Growing & Harvesting Comfrey for Organic Compost

Last year I planted 2 comfrey plants, now I have a small patch of comfrey to compost with. Comfrey is a invasive plant, which is good, The way it produces seeds and spreads means I'll have enough to compost and to make 5 gallon buckets of compost tea to water my garden with. Comfrey leaves break down quickly and makes a great fertilizer. The NPK ratio of dried comfrey leaves is 1.8 - 0.5 - 5.3 It's a must have plant for a SHTF garden or permaculture homestead. There are also many beneficial medicinal uses of comfrey leaves and root. I don't touch on those in this video, but it's worth doing your research on.
